6. Use corresponding tools to install the seals that need to be deformed and installed.
7. Installation details of rubber sealing ring:
Rubber sealing rings are generally "Ο"-type rubber parts, and the cross-section is mostly circular. Compared with the skeleton oil (water) seal, the structure is simple, neither skeleton nor self-tightening spring, relying on the flexibility and elasticity of the rubber itself Seal it up. Improper installation will cause seal failure, aggravate the wear of various moving parts, and even cause major failures such as burning the tile and holding the shaft. Therefore, when installing the rubber seal:
(1) If the rubber sealing ring is too thin or the sealing groove is too deep, so that the rubber sealing ring cannot be higher than the arc surface by a certain height after being installed in the sealing groove, at this time, a layer of asbestos rope (or Highland barley paper), apply water-resistant calcium-based grease (or sealant), and then put the sealing ring into the sealing groove.
(2) If the rubber sealing ring is too thick or the sealing groove is too shallow, and the rubber sealing ring is too high above the arc surface after being installed, it will not only be difficult to install, but also squeeze the rubber seal or even the accessories. Grind the rubber sealing ring with emery cloth evenly until it protrudes to a suitable height after being installed in the water sealing groove. Then apply grease on the surface of the rubber ring, that is, assemble.
(3) If the thickness of the rubber sealing ring is uneven or the depth of the sealing groove is different, and the rubber ring protrudes unevenly after assembly, it should be carefully checked whether it is the problem of the rubber ring or the sealing groove. replace.
(4) Before the rubber sealing ring is put into the sealing groove, the rubber ring and the sealing groove should be cleaned, and impurities and dirt should be avoided during installation. When assembling, the seals and parts should be coated with grease or lubricating liquid (to ensure the medium compatibility of the elastomer, it is recommended to use the sealed liquid for lubrication), and grease containing solid additives, such as molybdenum disulfide, zinc sulfide, should not be used. Wait.

(5) After the rubber ring is assembled, carefully check whether it is twisted, grooved, etc.
